METHODOLOGY OF WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURING (WCM) IN FIAT AUTO POLAND S.A.

Abstract
Summary. The article presents the methodology of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) used in Fiat Auto Poland S.A. factory. The article presents practical way of WCM use, including such tools as “safety cross” S-TAG, AM-TAG, POKA-YOKE, 5S, 5Why, 4M, OPL and EWO. Thanks to methodologies, tools and WCM technologies the work gets easier, safer and the quality of the products is the highest and the cost of production decreases.
