METHODS AND PRINCIPLES OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH OF FINANCIAL SAFETY OF JOINT STOCK COMPANIES

Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of theoretical and empirical research of financial safety of joint-stock companies. It is noted that all set of methods for researching financial security of joint stock companies should be grouped according to the following directions: general scientific methods and general economic methods of scientific knowledge. The paper describes the peculiarities of using each of the groups of methods in the process of researching the financial security of corporate structures. The author also reflects the basic principles of conducting a scientific study of financial security of the subjects of management of joint-stock ownership. It is substantiated that the most important principles of research of financial safety of joint-stock companies are the following: historicity, universality, objectivity, complexity, publicity, dynamism, determinism, systemicity.
