THE MAIN PRINCIPLES BY FORMATION INNOVATIVE ENVIRONMENT OF TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE OF LOGISTICS CHAIN

Abstract
In article the innovative processes of logistic support of transport and infrastructure flows are investigated. It is established, that the most promising for forming an innovative environment of transport infrastructure logistics chain is the use of the approach of logistics of innovations. It is revealed, that innovative logistic infrastructure promotes the creation and functioning of the entrepreneurial sector in a transition economy, forms an organizational and economic environment for stimulating entrepreneurial activity. It is determined that the main type of innovation flows in the logistics sphere is the production, transport and warehousing and marketing operations that accompany them. The basic principles of formation of the innovative environment of transport and infrastructure logistics chain, are determined and theoretical and practical proposals concerning their implementation are offered.
