METHODS AND RISK MANAGEMENT TOOLS IN LOGISTIC SYSTEMS OF TRADE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The process of risk management in the logistics systems of trading enterprises is characterized. The principles of building risk management in logistics systems of trading enterprises are recommended. A sequence has been established and steps are taken to implement risk management in the logistics systems of trading enterprises. The scheme of interconnections of methods of risk management of the logistic system of a trading enterprise, the criteria for the allocation of risks and possible strategies for their minimization are recommended. The directions of further researches to certain problems are determined.
