TYPES OF INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical developments in the sphere of forms classification of international cooperation and the place of contractual relations among them. The most common classification features were classified and systematized, according to which the contractual relations are divided: by the type of interaction between partners and by the type of global production networks management. In the article there was determined the interdependence between contractual relations and of social and economic development indicators of the countries. There was concluded that different types of contractual relations with different intensity and direction affect the countries taking into account their level of development.
