NEOINDUSTRIALIZATION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The article investigates processes of deindustrialization of economies of the developed countries and domestic economy. The essence of the conception of neoindustrialization, directed to the decision of questions of providing global competitiveness of national economies is considered. It is determined that on a macrolevel this conception is accompanied by recognition of crisis of post-industrialization model and virtual economy and transition to a new paradigm of development, which is oriented to the real sector of the economy. The leading role of formation of new industry on the basis of achievements of scientific and technical advance and the new technological mode is highlighted. Neoindustrialization is analysed as conscious, purposeful economic policy, which the leading world countries come to, which make a considerable influence on the international economy and needs forming a new industrial policy in Ukraine.
