METHODS MORPHOLOGICAL TERMINOLOGY IN LEGAL TERMINOLOGY (BASED ON THE LAW «ON HIGHER EDUCATION»)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of law terminology on derivative vocabulary featured in Ukrainian legislative texts, namely the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education». Presents a typology of terminological vocabulary and the main terms of morphological derivation method, defined most active of them described word building model. The article outlined the main problems of modern linguistics and legal noted one of its priority areas of research – analysis of legal terminology vocabulary. In the theoretical part time delimited from other lexical items, lists the criteria for selection and timing are working definition of the term. Also presented the main views on the concept of legal terminology is the definition of the legal term, which legislation, aimed at regulating the educational activity. The focus of facing legal terms coined suffix method. Determined that the texts of legislation common terms to describe processes, phenomena and results of educational activities. This group of terminological vocabulary of nouns presented with different suffixes depending on the origin of semantics. Among the foundations of legal terminology generators singled verb, adjective and noun forms on which the established legal terms. The basic word creative types suffixal terms of reliance on the type of word formation and semantics.
