METHODS OF ASSESSING OF HUMAN CAPITAL

Abstract
This article explores the specificity of human capital and investment in it. The indicators of evaluation of human capital are analyzed. The basic evaluation criteria and their impact on the human capital of the state are determined. The internal structure of the human capital is presented. The methods of measurement and valuation of intangible assets are considered.
