MOTIVATION POLICY AS A FACTOR OF IMPROVING INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF MANAGEMENT OF HUMANS BY RESOURCES

Abstract

The article analyzes the essence of the concepts of “motivation” and “image”. The main types of motivation of personnel and image of the enterprise in the system of management of labor potential of the enterprise are considered. It is revealed that effective way of personnel management is motivation of labor activity. At the same time, the motivational policy is a factor in improving the image of the enterprise, because highly motivated personnel is an additional factor for advertising and promotion of the enterprise.
