METHODS OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY EVALUATION OF THE STATE TARGET PROGRAMS

Abstract
The effectiveness of socio-economic development and improve competitiveness at the state level is observed through the development of key elements of the national infrastructure. As a result, the paper proposes a methodology for assessing the economic efficiency of the state target programs on the basis of system criteria. This technique allows to select those programs that will have the maximum possible effect and the effect at minimum cost.
