METHODS OF EVALUATION OF PERSONNEL OF THE BANKING INSTITUTION

Abstract
In the article essence of methods is exposed evaluations of personnel of commercial bank, which are a complex scientifically methodical instruments and principles of research of process of management of workers in jars which stipulate providing of collection and fixings of information about the personnel of bank establishment. Certain role of methods of estimation of personnel, which consists in providing of financially-economic progress of commercial bank.
