Abstract
the article describes and analyzes the problems of effective personnel management of enterprises of hotel economy. Analyzes the principles of personnel management and methods of their implementation. Found that effective personnel management of enterprises of hotel economy should be based on the application of the latest methods, analysis, and continuous forecasting.
