Узагальнено наявні в економічній літературі підходи до категорій «інвестиційна активність регіону», «інвестиційна привабливість регіону», «інвестиційний клімат регіону», «інвестиційний потенціал регіону», «інвестиційна спроможність регіону», «інвестиційний ризик регіону», що надає можливість поглибити та обґрунтувати сутність зазначених дефініцій і зрозуміти зміст, що вкладається в ці поняття.
