Abstract
Article is devoted to study of the activities of marine agents, both in Ukraine and throughout the world. Possible evaluation criteria were considered and main ones were identified, based on which one can as-sess the company and get a complete picture of current state of the marine agency company, its place in the market relative to its competitors, to foresee its possible development directions and much more that can be promoted by management if appropriately used. harmonious development of the company.
