METHODS OF TRAINING AIMED AT ELIMINATING TISSUE HYPOXIA
Journal Title: Medical Science Pulse - Year 2016, Vol 10, Issue 4
Abstract
Chronic hypoxia of tissues’ cells – a common condition where are organs’ tissues’ cells and organism systems of a modern person. The tissue hypoxia leads to failure of working function of the cells, to its damage or even death. The hypoxia is an original base of many chronic diseases, which are perceived as an inevitable age diseases. The problem of the elimination or the reduction of hypoxic manifestations determines the necessity of search of means and physiological mechanism that prevents the development of this condition. For maintaining of gas homeostasis in blood it is necessary to correct the function of respiratory center. It can be done only by special breath training. Aim of research inspectation of training methods of obtaining physiological hypercapnia as a mean of an elimination of a tissue hypoxia, analysis of existing methods of obtaining physiological hypercapnia by physical exercises and their imitations. Simulation method of obtaining physiological hypercapnia is an alternative existing training method of an elimination of a tissue hypoxia. The organism of the person requires a regular overdosing of carbon dioxide (hypercapnia) for maintaining his physiology in norm. Daily training returns your breathing and, consequently, СО2 level in blood to norm. Daily training allows the breathing, and consequently the blood СО2 levels, to return to the normal.
