МЕТОДИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ОЦІНКИ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ІНВЕСТУВАННЯ В РОЗВИТОК ЛЮДСЬКОГО КАПІТАЛУ

Abstract
Обґрунтовано структуру комплексної системи оцінки ефективності інвестицій в розвиток людського капіталу, яка включає три напрямки: розміри інвестування в людський капітал та їх динаміка; характеристики результатів процесу підвищення компетентності робітників; ефективність та результативність інвестування в людський капітал. По кожному напрямку розроблено систему показників, що забезпечують коректну діагностику. Визначено критерії, які дозволяють констатувати ступінь ефективності інвестиційних процесів.
