Abstract
This article analyzes the features of state regulation of innovation processes in a group of followers. It is substantiated government incentives are expedient to enhance innovation processes. The programs of the state innovation policy for innovation followers are generalized. There are recommendations for the formation of a market-oriented state innovation policy of Ukraine aimed at enhancing innovation
