Abstract
The article discusses the basic aspects of policy of stimulation and financial providing of the developed countries, base examples of regional innovative development, are considered in the leading countries of the world, selected and analysed the most widespread in world practice of form stimulations and financings of innovative development of regions in foreign countries, the methods of financing and stimulation of investment-innovative activity of economic subjects are certain most acceptable to application in Ukraine
