ANALYTICAL EVALUATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY IN RURAL AREAS OF ZHYTOMYR REGION

Abstract
It is substantiated that under current conditions of economic management, the development of small and medium-sized business in rural areas is a key tool in solving a number of social and economic tasks. An analytical evaluation of the entrepreneurial activity in rural areas of Zhytomyr region was carried out. Quantitative and qualitative changes in the entrepreneurial activity were identified, which demonstrates active participation of the rural population in forming the entrepreneurial environment, as well as activization of their role as a participant in creating public goods. The necessity for the diversified development of rural areas in Zhytomyr region is proved based on the analysis of the consequences of the interaction of the external environment and the strengths of rural areas in the field of entrepreneurship.
