Abstract
В днешната бързо променяща се бизнес среда и тежката глобална конкуренция организациите трудно могат да функционират и да се развиват ефективно, без да ангажират служителите в работния процес. С цел да предизвикат ангажираността на служителите си, организациите използват различни средства и методи в управлението на човешките ресурси за повишаване на мотивацията и ангажираността. Програмите за подобряване на знанията, уменията и способностите на служителите, системите за възнаграждения и оценка и мотивационните техники са само част от действията, които предприемат специалистите по управление на човешките ресурси, за да подобрят организационното представяне и да постигнат ефективен организационен растеж
