Abstract
The analysis of the state of the problem of conflicts in the pedagogical activity of teachers of higher educational establishments has revealed that, despite a certain level of its theoretical and practical development, there are a number of unresolved issues: the ways of realization of the interconnection of the process of acquiring knowledge about conflicts in pedagogical interaction and process are not fully revealed use of theoretical knowledge in practical activity. The main ways of forming the readiness of high school lecturers to prevent and resolve conflicts is to integrate special knowledge on conflict issues. In the content of theoretical conflictological preparation of teachers it is necessary to consider the question of the role of conflicts in the development of personality, the importance of various aspects of pedagogical communication in the emergence of pedagogical conflicts, psychological peculiarities of people that may lead to conflicting relationships, models (styles) of behavior in a conflict situation, etc. The introduction of training methods in the professional activity of teachers of higher education (in particular, teachers of departments of medical direction) is a means of purposeful formation of confliction competence of teachers of higher educational institutions due to the use of such organizational forms and methods of active training.
