MODEL OF VIRTUAL OFFICE OF CREATING LOGISTICS CENTERS OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES

Abstract
The importance of the construction sector in the economic development of the country emphasized. The purpose of the article is formulated. The problem of virtual offices construction companies are highlighted. Classification virtual offices offered. Ten signs classification singled out. They include regional representation, the degree of crossculture, the number of participants, the technology of interaction, used Internet technology, the principle of subordination in the organizational structure, sphere of use, uniformity of information exchange, document management system, communication with the main company. According to this classification describes creating a virtual office logistics centers construction companies. It 1) is represented in several regions of one country; 2) with bi-cultural environment; 3) Average number of participants; 4) Internet-technology interaction; 5) using Viber and specialized software; 6) hierarchical democratic principle of subordination (one head of office - other employees at the second level); 7) on the scope of use - construction company; 8) continuous information exchange; 9) using only electronic document; 10) in the main organization in not virtual format work one person - the head of office. In application to Virtual Office analyzed the following approaches: project, process, scenario. Projects considered two types. The first type - the creation of a virtual office. The second type - the creation by such an office of logistics centers of construction companies. Under the process approach is understood description of the processes virtual office. Scenarios considered two types: management scripts and scenarios to respond to risk events. Proposed model virtual office as system . The components of the model - the organizational structure, methodologies, technologies and tools. The structure of the model components proposed. Prospects for further research are outlined. The conclusions of the study made.
