Abstract

In this article content and essence of crossfit training are discovered as a variable, highly intensity, functional movements, which aimed at development of physical indicators. Exercise load is based on doing exercise in different ways: not considering the time; maximum numbers of rounds within a certain period of time; maximum quantity of each exercise within a certain number of rounds and a fixed time. The method of conducting crossfit training is substantiated; it involves implementation of basic exercises by volleyball players intensively in a given order without any rest (or using a little rest). Exercises of different orientation are a means of crossfit training. Its order in each round provides development of all physical qualities and systems of human organism. Exercises are alternated depending on muscles which are used when volleyball players are doing certain exercise that is, each following exercise should include the work of other previously unused muscles.
