Abstract
Inclusion of the children's gender, ethnic and religious composition, a former academic achievements, health status, age, level of development, socio specifically, in spite of the general education of the children integrated in the learning process. Inclusive education for the different needs of all children access to quality education on the basis of appropriate educational spaces and allows for joint training. Inclusive education of the child and his or her different solution to meet the needs of the process of learning. In the developed world pays much attention to the training of normal children and children with disabilities and accumulated substantial experience in this area. Our national secondary school experience for inclusive education can be regarded as a pedagogical innovation. Because the novelty of the Kazakhstani general education schools of the problem. Combined with the learning process, we will be able to society, including children with disabilities. As an independent state, because we all have the right to education equal before the law. That is not currently the number of special schools need to pay attention to the quality of education, educational. Combined training today remains a serious problem.
