РАЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ ПОДХОД К МЕТОДАМ ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ С ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫМИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ ВИСОЧНО-НИЖНЕЧЕЛЮСТНОГО СУСТАВА

Abstract
Inflammatory a disease of a temporal and below-gnathic joint often found pathological process. The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease is a little studied. Diagnostics of a disease has some difficulties in connection with its asymptomatic current. Therefore the address to the doctor often happens at the started forms. Now diagnostics and treatment of patients inflammatory process of a temporal and below-gnathic joint remains very difficult and is a current problem of a modern surgical deontology. In our practice often we use the following method of treatment which yields good results. A short of this method will be that bone pain antibiotics with addition of anesthetics are entered into a joint cavity and by that pain is taken off, the trophicity and the movements of a temporal and below-gnathic joint is found, reception of a firm nutrition is facilitated, it is noninvasive, available, additional loads take root. Current situation leads to the fact that the arsenal of medicament agents and other methods of treatment of patients with this disease is constantly enlarged, framing difficulties in the choice of tactics for the practical doctor. On it we recommend our method for broad use among practical doctors of a stomatologic profile. An inflammatory disease of a temporal and below-gnathic joint often found pathological process. Its complexity is caused by prevalence of this pathology, lack of full clarity in an etiology and a pathogenesis, difficulties of obtaining objective information on a condition of tissues of a joint. According to various researchers, symptoms of diseases of temporal and below-gnathic joint about 25-65 % of medium of the population are observed, and there is no tendency to depression of their quantity, and it rejuvenates, makes at teenage and youthful age at 16-30 % asking for the stomatologic help [1,2,3] The majority of the offered methods of treatment has symptomatic, advisory character and has no sufficient efficiency. Current situation leads to the fact that the arsenal of medicamental agents and other methods of treatment of patients with this disease is constantly enlarged, framing difficulties in the choice of tactics for the practical doctor. [4,5,6,7,25]. Therefore development of simple, but effective ways of rising of efficiency of treatment of patients with inflammatory diseases of a temporal and below-gnathic joint taking into account cause and effect mechanisms of development of a disease and use the integrated individual approach based on results of inspection is a reasonable and necessary measure in modern conditions. [8,9,16,17,26].
