МЕТОДИКА РАСЧЕТА КОНСТРУКТИВНЫХ ПАРАМЕТРОВ УДАРНО-ЦЕНТРОБЕЖНОЙ МЕЛЬНИЦЫ ПРИ ТОНКОМ ИЗМЕЛЬЧЕНИИ РАСТИТЕЛЬНЫХ ОТХОДОВ

Abstract
The rational way of processing of vegetable wastes is shown, which consists in their grinding up to particle size less than 100 μm, with their subsequent use in various branches of chemical technology. Taking into account the fibrous structure of plant materials, a method of their grinding is established, consisting of a combination of shock and abrasive loads of action on the material. A methodology for calculating the number and geometric parameters of bilge and bump elements has been developed. The dependences between the parameters of the working elements of the impact-centrifugal mill and the physical-mechanical properties of the material being crushed are established. The quantitative and geometrical parameters of the bilge and bump elements are determined. Taking into account the results of calculations of the developed methodology, a plant for fine grinding of plant waste was developed. The installation passed experimental-industrial tests.
