ВПЛИВ ГЕРБІЦИДІВ НА ГЕНЕТИКО-МОРФОЛОГІЧНІ ЗМІНИ У DROSOPHILA MELANOGASTER

Abstract
The article is devoted to studying the impact of herbicides on the frequency of display of dominant lethal mutations (DLM) in Drosophila melanogaster wild type Canton-S. Revealed that herbicides Napalm forte, Roundup Max and Selefit extra differ significantly in their ability to induce dominant lethal mutations in Drosophila melanogaster. The studied herbicides, after introduction into the nutrient medium, cause mutagenic activity and a large number of dominant lethal mutations, which calculated from the number of deferred anomalous eggs. The obtained results indicate genetic and morphological changes in Drosophila melanogaster under the influence of herbicides Napalm forte, Roundup Max and Selefit extra.
