Abstract
Abstract. Analysis of the concept of "competence" has shown that it is a set of competencies acquired during training and further experience. In the course of scientific research conducted by the historical-analytical, analytical and comparative content-analytical methods it has been proven that the concept of "communicative competence" is a complex, multidisciplinary, backbone element of general professional competence of the expert. The study determined that the professional competence of the manager is digested with interconnected system of competences, and its communicative competence is the link of the modern production process. Communicative competence of the manager is formed in the process of learning, it is a reflection of formed of professional thinking and is a complex structure of the acquired management skills, skills development impacts and opportunities for application of personal communicative potential in teamwork. The author developed and proposed to implement the "Sociolinguistic method of determining the level of communicative competence of students", the aim of which is to clarify the application of the level of formation of professional thinking and manager, respectively, of the teacher action direction for its development. The proposed methodology in the educational process may contribute to the formation of the system of knowledge in the field of communication, self-determination of the regulatory rules for their use and understanding of the features of social and verbal behavior with representatives of various professions and social strata. The educational process of its use can help to determine the effectiveness of adaptation of students to training and possible professional expectations.
