Методологія проектного менеджменту в туризмі

Abstract

The dynamic development of tourism requires the creation of new service packages atraktyvnyh appropriate quality and quantity, which in essence is a project. Development and implementation of effective and efficient social and economic projects and the innovative nature of tourism requires special methodologies that are appropriate and urgent issue. The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of project management in tourism. Applied general scientific and special methods of investigation, analysis, synthesis, comparative characteristics, theoretical generalizations project approach. Determined that the methodology of project management in tourism must take into account the basic laws of world tourism and the local design philosophy aimed at interaction and integration of local, regional and global tourism projects according to forecasts of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). It was found that the isolated 9 project management functional areas, the main of which is the management of the project subject area (content), quality management, time, cost and additional, personnel management, communications, contracts, risk management and integration project. The basis of the methodology of project management in tourism is the analysis of the needs of tourists in the target market opportunities and satisfy their tour operator using the methods of observation, comparison, intuition, logic, requiring the use of tools of marketing management. It was concluded that project management methodology is consistent and interrelated implementation of tourism activity management functions by using methods, techniques, methods and techniques of research in tourism. Management of tourism projects requires accounting features of tourism services, which are in constant demand fluctuations, changes in the quality of space and time, inseparable from the source (destinations), failure to store. Scientific novelty article is to define the methodology of project management in tourism, which includes integrated system functions, methods, techniques and tools of planning and implementation, taking into account the priorities of tourism and resource-service capabilities of enterprises of the tourism industry aimed at identifying future needs of tourists during their journey is to complete the project. The practical significance of the results is the need to use features in travel management methodology design, which creates opportunities for socio-economic synergies, which will manifest itself in the successful completion of the project, increasing the competitiveness of destinations where tourism will be introducing the results of design. Prospects for further research should be modeling tourism development activities in Ukraine based on the features of the methodology of project management in tourism.
