Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні вектори управління в галузі культури на рівні держави. Виокремлено основні структурні елементи системи стратегічного управління підприємством, що на відміну від інших забезпечують оптимізацію структури джерел їх функціонування. Запропоновано механізм реалізації стратегічного управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств.
