Microblogging as a communication tool used in an off-shore organization

Abstract

Social media networks are becoming important tools in geographically dispersed organizations that demand global communication capabilities. Microblogging in particular is a relatively new instrument which manages to focus attention onto the organization scientist and business representatives.The goal of this article is to present the way in which microblogging is used in the company iLoop Mobile. The author claims that within this organization the tool enhanced communication paths and boosted announcement delivery.
