Abstract
Middle East for its strategic importance in the hub of international policy, this claim is more considerable and observable issue by suggesting the greater Middle East after 11 September. In this study, at first the based on theoretical approaches of Bachrach and Bartezto the concept of power we aimed to study the greater Middle East design and such a view to power was searched inside this design and consequently the overt and covert goals of such design was represented to us because Bachrach and Bartez considered to faces of general (external) and private (internal) power. The second face or private power can be removed in people’s covert interests or specific groups and governments. The explain this view of power according to the concept of lack of decision making. On the other hand in this study regarding the new movement of Middle East there is Most modernist nature (lack of leadership, protestation, regarding virtual social networks and lack of dominant ideology for the mass of the people) and it is discussed relating to relationships and to covert purposes of US is the project of the greater Middle East design. The result of the analysis showed that the post modernist nature of the Middle East movement has a direct relationship to the covert purposes of the greater Middle East. In other words lack of having a dominant ideology and unique leader ship and organizing protests for the new technology of internet in servicing the covert purposes of US played influential role in in designing the greater Middle East design. The research method in this study is descriptive analytical.
