Study effects of leadership styles on creativity behavior of stuffs (Case study: welfare organization of Abhar city)

Abstract
This research aims to investigate effects of leadership styles on creativity of stuffs. Based on goal this study is applied, based on subject features is descriptive, and based on methodology is survey. Statistical society compose of all stuffs of welfare organization of Abhar city and because of limited statistical society, statistical sample assumed to be as statistical society (N=n=47). Data gathering tool is questionnaire. Hypotheses tested by one variable regression and effective factors of creativity ranked by Variance and Tukay test after verification of normal variables by Kolmogorov- Smirnov (KS) test. Results showed leadership styles (evolutionary, conditional, democratic, and servant) have significant and positive effect on creativity of stuffs. After ranking components placed in importance places as: 1) conditional and evolutionary; 2) servant; and 3) democratic.
