MIEJSCE PRACY PRZYSZŁOŚCI – PRZESTRZEŃ INNOWACJI, IMITACJI, INSTRUMENTALIZACJI? Przyszłe miejsce pracy – w stronę Activity Based Working? Między zarządzaniem a projektowaniem

Abstract
Przemiany postaw wobec pracy, przemiany technologiczne i przemiany rynkowe stały się przyczynkiem do postawienia pytania o przyszłe miejsce pracy. Prognozowanie, związane z odpowiedzią na to pytanie, jest w nieunikniony sposób obarczone ryzykiem i niepewne. Opierając się na analizie trendów w aranżacji przestrzeni biurowej, na podstawie danych zastanych (raporty i analizy studiów projektowych, raporty naukowe), dochodzimy do wniosku, że zyskujący na popularności i mający już swoją historię nurt Activity Based Working stanowi swoistą próbę odnalezienia nowej równowagi, uwzględniającej różnorodność zadań z jednej strony i nawyków czy osobistego stylu pracy pracownika z drugiej, prowadząc do tworzenia przestrzeni wielofunkcyjnej. Jednakże istotne jest nie tyle podążanie za trendami w projektowaniu biura, ale szukanie spójności pomiędzy zarządzaniem pracownikami a zarządzaniem przestrzenią do pracy.<br/><br/>
