Migration law as a dynamic branch of Ukrainian law (main development trends)

Abstract
Taking into account modern realities of social and political development of Ukraine, the tendencies of development of the migration law of Ukraine are revealed and characterized. The factors influencing the development of this new branch of law are determined. It is proved that in modern conditions migration law is one of the most dynamic branches of law in the system of law of Ukraine. It is pointed out the importance of rapid reaction by legal science to changes that occur in the migration sphere not only in Ukraine, but also at the international level.
