钨基MIM喂料能量相互作用与流变学研究

Abstract
本文建立起在金属粉末注射成形喂料中粉末-聚合物相互作用能关系模型。通过引入点阵模拟,提出了为达到体系能量平衡,颗粒尺寸及粉末浓度的选择准则。结合W-PW-HDPE分散系的理论分析和实验观察,提出了适用于这种体系的具体的颗粒尺寸和粉末浓度选择准则,得到了剪切力-粘度的关系和均匀的喂料分散系。
