МІНЕРАЛЬНЕ В'ЯЖУЧЕ З ВИКОРИСТАННЯМ РИСОВОЇ ЛУЗГИ

Abstract
The analysis of dependence of concentration of rice husk in mixtures from a number hydraulic to module of astringent НМ with application of the computer program "RomanCem" is conducted. Certainly compositions of mixtures on the basis of the system limestone - kaolin with introduction 20 - 40 % rice husk for making of the hydraulic mineral astringent at a maximal temperature burning 1100 °C. The material has indexes of durability of 22-23 МПа and whiteness 75 % against according to 5-10 МПа and 45-50 % for Roman cement is shown. Efficiency of development is determined by the complex decision of questions of ecology due to reduction of volumes of accumulation of wastes, resourse saving due to replacement of part of natural raw material and technologies of astringent materials due to the receipt of product as Roman cement with increase indexes of properties. The features of phase composition and properties astringent on the basis of the system of carbonate and clay components with rice husk are shown.
