ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ОЗДОРОВЧИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У ФІЗИЧНОМУ ВИХОВАННІ СТУДЕНТІВ ВНЗ

Abstract
The article analyzes the state of health of student youth living in Ukraine. It is noted that there is a general increase in the number of cardiovascular diseases, deterioration of functional reserves of the body, systemic disturbance of posture, presence of various defective musculoskeletal system and also the downward trend in the level of physical preparation, etc. It is determined, that in recent years there has been an increase in contingent, who refers to special medical groups at the beginning of studying at university and their replenishment until the last year of teaching physical education. This is due to the fact, that the development of higher school at the present stage is characterized by a global volume of informational increase, constant intensification of student labor, the introduction of new technical means in the educational process, which requires from young people physical, mental and psycho-emotional potential. It is characterized, that from non-traditional means of physical education for the student, in a special medical group are especially demonstrated in fitness exercises of fitness yoga - asanas and breathing exercises. The analysis of the basic pedagogical experiment, conducted with the purpose of the experimental substantiation of the effectiveness of the proposed author`s fitness program - yoga. The obtained results allowed to determine the positive influence of yoga fitness programs for the physical training of SMG students, who were referred to the experimental group.
