MINING RESCUE CASES IN RUSSIA

Abstract
Kuzbass is currently the main coal-mining region of Russia. Kuzbass accounts for 61% of Russia's total coal production. Underground mining is one of the most labor-intensive industries, if not the most labor-intensive. For rescue of miners, at accidents in Shah-te, localization and liquidation of accidents carry out the militarized mountain-saving parts as a part of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Russian Federation. In connection with the collapse of the USSR, the entire scientific and production potential for mine rescue topics Atika remained abroad. This contributed to the creation of the Siberian scientific and production Association (SNPO) "Rescuers" and the research Institute of mine rescue (Rosniigd).
