VIBRO-ACOUSTIC WAVES CONTAINING ELECTRICAL NATURE DEFECT SIGNS PARAMETERS ANALYSIS ON THE EXAMPLE OF EKG SHOVEL POWER EQUIPMENT

Abstract

In this study we examine in detail the problems of revealing the basic laws of change between the actual technical condition of equipment, such as ECG shovels and parameters of the mechanical vibrations generated by its operation. The basic original set of diagnostic rules for the mining shovels equipment electrical nature defects automated detection implementation are formulated. Analysis results of the vibro-acoustic characteristics, formed at the power- mechanical equipment operation of EKG-type shovels are given. Effectiveness of an integrated diagnostic approach for evaluating technical state of mining shovels mechanisms is substantiated, detailed classi cation of their power-mechanical equipment defects is provided. It is shown that only with the widespread use of modern methods of vibration diagnostics and non-destructive testing it is possible to create a base platform for the transition to a qualitatively different form of maintenance and repair of mining equipment.
