Abstract
Розкрито зміст інтеграційних процесів у сучасному бізнесі, сутність та види стратегічних альянсів. Обґрунтовано особливості утворення міжнародних стратегічних альянсів юридичних фірм та їх відмінності від альтернативних структур. Доведено успішність альянсів, які виникають на базі злиття юридичних фірм. Проаналізовано суперечності міжнародних стратегічних альянсів в юридичному бізнесі. Ключові слова: юридична фірма, міжнародний стратегічний альянс юридичних фірм, злиття юридичних фірм, міжнародні юридичні мережі.
