MODALITY EDITING AS THE OPTIMIZING INSTRUMENT FOR SUGGESTIVE EFFECT IN ADVERTISEMENT TEXTS

Abstract
The national linguistic mentality sphere is the object of the author’s scientific research, while the lingual markers of its representative marking is the subject, which defines the total focus and essentiality of the research, aiming at figuring out the dominant perception system of Ukrainian linguistic mentality representatives. The above mentioned aim presupposes the need for psycholinguistic interpretation, thus, the experimental methods were involved, including the psycholinguistic experiment according to Ch. Osgood’s methodics. Having interpreted the experiment results, it is possible to claim that since kinesthetic modality is the dominant one for the Ukrainian linguistic mentality representatives, the usage of appropriate predicates will stipulate not only for improving the perception of any suggestive text, but also for a significant increase in its suggestive effect, which will, in its turn, optimize the construction of discourses aimed at the Ukrainian linguistic mentality representatives.
