MODE OF THE DAY AS A BASIS FOR HEALTH AND HARMONIOUS DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY AGE CHILDREN AT THE COURSE «AWARDS OF PHYSIOLOGY AND VALEOLOGY»

Abstract
The article substantiates the theoretically the problem of observance of the day regime as the basis for the formation of health and development of preschool children. The essence of the concepts of «mode» and «mode of the day» is analyzed. The basic requirements for its construction in preschool practice are outlined, and they are substantiated from the position of age-related physiological peculiarities of the development of the child's organism. According to the life-processes of preschool children, the components of the day's regime are distinguished and their detailed description is made.
