Abstract

The article analyzes the development of the grain complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Factors influencing its effectiveness are revealed. A model is suggested for improving the efficiency of the functioning of the grain cluster of the region. For the development of a grain cluster, it is proposed to use a model within which it is quite possible to create optimal and effective interrelationships of a large number of economic entities of different significance. A feature of the proposed cluster is the inaccessibility of the unchanged structure. With this, the members of the cluster will be able to influence the financial processes taking place in it. It is necessary to designate, in fact, that the cluster is able to effectively fit into the regional innovation system, helping to raise the productivity of interaction of its constituent structures. In our opinion, the leading members of the grain cluster of the RK are obliged to become: agricultural firms that grow cereals; elevators and bakeries; grain processing enterprises; regional authorities; educational and scientific institutions; suppliers; consumers; trade and financial sector; public associations and organizations; Coordination and information-analytical centers
