Abstract
In this article discusses the development of a system of interrelated mathematical models, algorithms and programs of the decision task according to the assessment, forecasting and risk management to reduce their values in a multistage process; development of instrumentationinstrumental and software means of the computational experiment for the simulation and research of risk models and algorithms of decision making for their management.
