MODEL OF MONITORING QUALITY OF PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION FOR FUTURE QUALIFIED WORKERS

Abstract
The article analyzes the monitoring of the quality of professional training of future skilled workers from the standpoint of the activity approach. Determine the specifics of the object, subject, purpose as the main structural components of monitoring activity. The author substantiates a number of fundamental ideas, which formed the basis of the author’s model for monitoring the quality of professional training of future skilled workers, which is reflected on two levels: personstudent and managerial. It is emphasized that monitoring should become an integral part of the modern educational process, during which students will continue to develop their professional qualities and consolidate their acquired knowledge and skills. It is proposed to monitor through a system of measures, which are grouped into five groups and their content correspond to the specifics of each stage of monitoring.
