MODEL OF TEACHERS’ TRAINING OF HIGH SCHOOLS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EMOTIONALLY SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT IN STUDENTS’ GROUP

Abstract
The article analyzes the possibilities of using the methodical work of higher schools in the system, modeling of teacher’s organization training to create an emotionally supportive environment in the student group. The features of the organization and functioning of all blocks and components of the model are noted, the main approaches, technologies, forms and methods of modeling the teachers’ training of high school are disclosed. The article explains the competent use and combination of various components of the structure of the teachers’ training model to create an emotionally supportive environment in the student group, and will ensure its effectiveness.
