MODEL OF THE FORMATION OF HUMANITIES TEACHERS’ PEDAGOGICAL REFLECTION IN POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION

Abstract
The article presents the model of the formation of humanities teachers’ pedagogical reflection in postgraduate education. Theoretical basis of the model of experimental educational process – methodological approaches, didactic principles, methods and forms of training, pedagogical conditions – are substantiated. The model consists of three blocks – objective determining, content-process describing and criteria-level determining. It is the basis of the corresponding system of work for the formation of pedagogical reflection of humanities teachers in postgraduate education.
