POSSIBILITIES OF USE OF REMOTE TRAINING IN PREPARATION OF SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD OF TOURISM AND HOTEL RESTAURANT BUSINESS

Abstract
The article considers the issues of the possibility of using the distance form of training in the training of specialists in the field of tourism and hotel and restaurant business in higher educational institutions. Various approaches to the interpretation of the term «distance learning» are covered; certain individual features of distance learning are defined; Attention is focused on the advantages of this form of training; organizational and methodological models of distance learning are considered; describes the forms of organization of classes, which are most often used in the distance learning process; there are examples of some types of classes that can be used in the process of distance learning by future specialists in tourism and hotel and restaurant business of the disciplines of the training cycle.
