ORGANIZING CORPORATE PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED TRAINING BY PHASED-CONCENTRIC PRINCIPLE

Abstract
The article deals with the corporate model of intensive teaching professionally oriented English. The potential of the stage-concentric approach with in the corporate framework to sustain such model has been substantiated. The authors argue for the need to take in to account the nature of the specific enterprise subdivisions’ operation while distributing engineers among academic groups to provide uniformity concerning the engineers’ language command and affiliation with the purpose to realize the full potential of the intensive approach a teach of the three stages of teaching with the ratio of speech exercises permanently in creasing from stage to stage. The peculiarities of current, intermediate and final evaluations are provided.
